Fix & Repair: We are happy to fix any nail lifts, chips, cracks, or breaks within 10 days of your service.

Late Notification: If you cannot return within 10 days, please call us immediately so we can document the issue and find a solution.

This policy does not apply to regular polish or simple color changes.
All services are non-refundable. We focus on fixing the issue to ensure you love your results.
Customers are responsible for their color choice. Changing color after application will incur an additional charge.
